1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (name, email address, password hash, and Google login identifier token). When you generate a Smart Link or Bio profile, we collect the destination URLs, custom configurations, and associated files (avatar, banner images).
2. Link Redirect Analytics
For visitors clicking your NexLink redirects, our backend servers collect aggregate client metadata to compile link analytics. This includes country, city level geolocation (via anonymized IP lookups), browser client, operating system, referrer hostnames, and time stamps. We do not store persistent trackable cookies on redirect visitors.
3. Third-party Authentication (Google OAuth)
We use Google Sign-In authentication. By using Google OAuth, you grant us access to your profile email address and name. We only use this information to create and verify your user profile within the database.
4. Data Security
We protect user data using industry-standard TLS encryption during transit. Passwords are encrypted using high-entropy key-stretching hashing functions (bcrypt) on our Neon PostgreSQL database clusters.
5. Your Privacy Choices
You may request complete closure of your account and removal of all generated redirection links, custom domain metadata, and bio-page content by contacting priority support. We honor all standard privacy deletion mandates.
