Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 16, 2026

Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate metadata registration and protect your credential passwords. You are responsible for all link activities.

No Malicious Links

Spamming, malware distribution, phishing, or redirection to illegal content is strictly forbidden and results in instant bans.

Service Boundaries

We reserve the right to limit, block, or delete any smart link causing abnormal performance spikes or network failures.

1. Service Scope

NexLink provides a cloud-based smart link router, deep linking configurations, customizable bio-page profiles, custom domain bindings, and real-time click statistics tracking. By accessing or using our services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to create smart links pointing to phishing portals, credit card scams, credential harvesting pages, spam networks, or downloadable spyware/malware. We execute continuous automated link integrity audits. Accounts violating these boundaries will be deleted immediately, and all associated links will be deactivated.

3. Custom Domain Mapping & DNS

Users pointing custom domains to NexLink using CNAME mappings must ensure that they legally own the domains. We reserve the right to remove custom domains that violate trademark policies or point to fraudulent landing sites.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plan upgrades (Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle. Standard payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Users can cancel subscriptions anytime, with features remaining active until the current billing cycle expires.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexLink is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that redirection routing will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free of minor latency. In no event shall NexLink or its developers be liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from link deactivations or system outages.
